The practice has submitted over 350 schemes to Local Authorities including planning applications, applications for listed building consent, consent to remove trees, conservation area consent and applications for certificates of lawful use or existing development.

At any one time the practice normally has 10 to 15 ‘live’ planning applications with

Local Planning Authorities within the region.
